Why aquaponics is different from agriculture?

Both agriculture and aquaculture are types of farming. Agriculture is the conventional approach, and aquaculture is the non-conventional approach. Aquaponics is a type of aquaculture. Unlike agriculture, aquaponics uses the nutrients from fish to help grow plants, while agriculture uses the nutrients from the soil in the ground.
