Through Entergy’s Micro Grants Program, we accept requests for up to $1,000 in all program areas: arts and culture; community improvement/enrichment; economic development, education/literacy, environment and healthy families. Good Sports Equipment Grants
This organization provides sports equipment, apparel, and footwear to youth organizations offering sports, fitness, and recreational programs to youth in need. To be eligible, organizations must directly serve youth between the ages of 3 and 18 in an economically disadvantaged area; be located in North America (U.S. and Canada); and operate an organized sport, recreational activity, or fitness program that offers consistent and structured opportunity for play to large groups of children. Winning organizations may make up to six equipment requests within a two-year period. Winners will be responsible for operational costs, including equipment shipping.

Waste Management Charitable Contributions

Louisiana Dept. of Agriculture and Forestry School Garden Reimbursement Program
All schools, K-12, in the State of Louisiana are eligible to apply, although this program is ideally geared towards younger school-aged children. Schools that already have a school garden may apply to further their production. It is encouraged that schools applying have support from their local extension office or Master Gardeners. This program is on a first come, first serve basis. A waiting list will be generated if you are not selected, in the event a space becomes available. Only one grant can be awarded per school. Schools must fill out the application and have a dedicated coordinator.
