We recommend that students open all their supplies at home, put their name on items such as crayons/markers, place their headphones in a Ziploc bag with their name on it, and organize their supplies in their soft-sided zipper pencil case. Students should bring their supplies to Open House on Wednesday, August 26, so they can set up their new desk. If they cannot attend Open House, please send them to school with their supplies on Monday, August 31. 

Individual Student Supplies

• 1 pair of headphones inside a gallon-size Ziploc bag (labeled with child’s first and last name) *Headphones are a must in grade 4!

• 12 sharp #2 pencils (no mechanical lead pencils, please)

• 2 block erasers and a dozen pencil top erasers (placed on pencils)

• 2 glue sticks

• 1 pair of scissors  

• 1 small box of colored pencils

• 1 small box of crayons

• 1 pack of markers 

• 1 yellow highlighter

• 5 dry-erase markers and 1 small eraser

• 2 large soft-sided zipper-closing pencil case 

  • 1. One for pencils, sharpener, erasers, highlighter, 5 dry- erase markers/eraser 

    2. Second one for colored pencils, markers, crayons, scissors, glue sticks

• 1 handheld, small pencil sharpener that has a receptacle to collect shavings

• 1 ruler (with inches and centimeters)

Optional  

• mouse (with new batteries already inserted, if needed) for 1:1 Chromebooks

Shared Classroom Supplies

• 1 large box of Kleenex 

• 1 box of band-aids 

• 1 roll of paper towels

It will be the student’s responsibility to restock these items as the need arises throughout the year.
