Team HUMBER (year 6)

Good afternoon, 

The children have had a fabulous week visiting the Hull Hindu Temple and Horton Park, as well as Sports Day. They have been amazing ambassadors for the school! 

Coming up next week: 

Next week is the first of our groups for Bikeability on Wednesday and Thursday - please see Parent Hub for a list of when your child will be completing the course. 

Wednesday and Thursday is the first Bikeability group - please see separate CPOMs. 

Friday is a training day. 

PSHE

We will be spending additional time focusing on our PSHE Sex Education work next week. We will be looking at the following area: 

• Knowing how boys and girls’ bodies change during puberty 

• To know that sexual intercourse can lead to conception 

• To know how a baby develops from conception to pregnancy and how a baby is born
