Halflings

The halflings of The County are the most easy-going of all. Protected by the elves of Issilad, which they often call their big brothers, they try to get the most out of life and fully enjoy it. Not that they aren't proper and do not work, it's just that they do make a certain point of setting aside a good amount of time to enjoy themselves and celebrate.
