My name is Steph Erpelding, I have been married to my husband, Ken, for 19 years. We have three children that attend East Sac County. Kaydon is a senior, Kinzie is a freshman and Kole is a 4th grader. All three kids are busy with football, wrestling, soccer baseball, softball, FFA and 4-H. 

I attended and graduated from Galva-Holstein High School in 2000. I attended and graduated college from Briar Cliff University with my Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education with a Reading Endorsement. For the first 18 years I worked as the County Youth Coordinator at the Sac County Extension Office. 

I joined the East Sac County team in 2022 in the Family and Consumer Sciences department. Teaching has always been my dream job as my grandma was a teacher. I also love teaching students skills they can use for the rest of their life! I have a passion for baking!

My husband and I have a 24-head cow/calf herd, a couple of mini donkeys, egg layers, cats and a dog. I volunteer my time on the Sac County Farm Bureau, Sac County Fairboard and 4-H Leader.
