My name is Steph Erpelding, I have been married to my husband, Ken, for 21 years. We have two children that attend East Sac County. Kaydon graduated from East Sac County last year and is attending DMACC in Ankeny for Ag Business. Kinzie is a junior and Kole is a 6th grader. All three kids are busy with football, wrestling, soccer baseball, softball, FFA, 4-H and farming. 

I attended and graduated from Galva-Holstein High School in 2000. I attended and graduated college from Briar Cliff University with my Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education with a Reading Endorsement. For the first 18 years I worked as the County Youth Coordinator at the Sac County Extension Office. 

I joined the East Sac County team in 2022 in the Family and Consumer Sciences department. Teaching has always been my dream job as my grandma was a teacher. I also love teaching students skills they can use for the rest of their life! I have a passion for baking!

My husband and I have a 24-head cow/calf herd, a couple of mini donkeys, egg layers, cats and a dog. I volunteer my time on the Sac County Farm Bureau, Sac County Fairboard and as a 4-H Leader.
