Requirements for Iowa Central Concurrent Enrollment
****FOR ALL NEW ENROLLMENTS, STUDENTS MUST BE PROFICIENT IN ALL ISASP SCORES.
"To participate in concurrent enrollment opportunities, students in grades 9-12 must meet the academic requirements of both the school district and postsecondary institution. At the school district level, students must demonstrate proficiency in English Language Arts, mathematics, and science to participate in concurrent enrollment opportunties. Eligibility is determiend by using performanc results on the most recent administration of the Iowa Statewide Assessment of Student Progress (ISASP). Perforamnce levels for English Language Arts is determined by combinding the scale reading and writing scores. Student seeking to enroll in a CTE course via concurrent enrollment are exempt form the ISASP proficiency requirements."

If you have taken an online Iowa Central course before, stop in to see me or Jared when he is here on Tuesdays. If this is the first college class you want to enroll in, stop in to see Ms. Wood for an enrollment form.

ESC will be hosting a FAFSA Completion Day on December 11th from 9 am to 3 pm in the small gym with the help of Iowa Central Financial Aid Advisor and our CCTCs. Parents and students will need to sign-up for a time slot that works best for them. The sign-up form and information about what to bring will be sent out as soon as it is available.
