East Point Academy is governed by a nine person Board of Directors. The Board includes both elected and appointed members each serving two -year terms of service. Of the nine member Board, three members must be native Mandarin speakers. These are unpaid, volunteer positions. For the 2022-2023 election cycle, the Board has three (3) elected positions and two (2) appointed positions available. The election of three (3) Board members will take place on the 25th & 26th of April. The election will be done electronically.

Eligible individuals can vote following the instructions under the "How to Vote" tab on this website. Each family will be able to cast a ballot for three candidates for each child enrolled at East Point Academy. A family with two (2) children at EPA, for example, will be able to cast two (2) ballots with each ballot providing them the opportunity to vote for three (3) candidates.

After the newly elected Board members are seated, the two appointed Board members will be selected. The Board will use the appointment process as necessary to ensure the Board meets the requirement to have three native Mandarin speakers.
