I would like to introduce myself as your child’s Reading Seminar teacher. I earned my undergraduate degree in Education and Sociology from Lycoming College and my master's degree from West Chester University as a reading specialist. After completing my degree, I spent four years in Philadelphia high schools teaching English and Reading. This is my fifth year with East Penn School District and I am elated to be here!

I currently live in Collegeville, PA with my husband, daughter, and two cats! When I am not teaching, I enjoy reading, playing with my daughter, and lounging on my hammock. My favorite book series is Harry Potter.

I feel privileged to be your child’s teacher and am so excited to be enjoying another rewarding year of teaching.
