Grammar
The students will learn a new grammar skill each week embedded within the F & P Reading Series. The students will have many opportunities to practice each grammar skill in the classroom via classroom activities.

Our ultimate goals for students are to comprehend what they are reading and have a healthy attitude toward reading. We do integrate reading, writing, listening, and speaking in language arts through the following things:

Students will learn how to write different types of pieces such as a narrative, informational, & opinion and Cursive. We are all authors every day!
Word Study
Word study and Phonics lessons ar embedded within the reading curriculum and Fundaitons.
