Calculating the "Availability Metric"

For purposes of the study, an "availability on shelf percentage" will be calculated for each library.    The table below describes how that will be calculated. This number will be displayed to the library in the validation tool at all times on the home page with the following language:  "At the current rate you will find X% on shelf. "   Library names will be anonymized when this data is reported out.
