Upcoming Meetings

Meetings are the 4th Tuesday of the month and rotate locations in the four counties of Western Mass.

Meetings start at 12:00hrs Meeting/Training Sessions start at 10:00hrs

2026:

January:  Meeting/Training Session........The 27th at Wescomm in Chicopee.  Training will start at 10AM, familiarization with DEP by Joel from DEP.  Training will be followed by lunch and a business meeting.

February: Meeting...............The 24th at the Turners Falls Fire Department, 180 Turnpike Road.  Cash lunch at noon followd by a business meeting.

March: Meeting/Training Session...........The 24th at the Berkshire Innovation Center in Pittsfield, 45 Woodlawn Avenue.  The training will start at 10am and the topic will be ...............................Training will be followed by lunch and a business meeting.

April: Meeting..............The 28th in Hampshire County.  Cash lunch at noon followed by a business meeting.  

May: Meeting/Training Session................The 26th in Franklin County.  The training will start at 10am and the topic is TBD.  Training will be followed by lunch and a business meeting.

June: Meeting.......................The 23rd at the Westover Country Club in Granby.   Cash lunch at noon followed by a business meeting.

July/August: Off, no meetings during the summer months

September: Meeting.............The 22nd in Berkshire County.  Cash lunch at noon followed by a business meeting.

October: Meeting/Annual Conference.... October 2026...Dates TBD

November: Meeting.............. The 24th in Hampshire County.  Cash lunch at noon followed by a business meeting.

December: OFF, no meeting du to the holidays
