What's Happening in Sixth Grade Enrichment?
On March 8, 2024 several sixth graders took a trip to East Haddam Elementary to celebrate Read Across America Day! Students have been writing and editing their books in Enrichment and were excited to read the books they wrote to young readers at E.H.E.S!

Peyton Tremblay showed laser-beam focus at the Family Expo, where she presented her project on the Pink Tax with confidence and grace!
Trimester 3: Passion Projects
This trimester, students in Enrichment are exploring personal passions. They have conducted research using reliable sources, organized information and created an innovative display to promote their passion at the upcoming SPRING FAMILY EXPO!
Quizbowl Whizzes!
A group of sixth graders participated in the Thinking Cap Quiz Bowl this year: the Fall and Spring sessions! They tested their knowledge on a variety of topics from geography to sports to spelling!

Students have been quite industrious in Enrichment so far this trimester! While some are training for the Stock Market game or preparing for a Mock Trial, others are in full preparation mode for the upcoming SPRING FAMILY EXPO on May 21, 2024.
