SNAP Program

In Pennsylvania, every middle and high school has a Student Assistance Program. The Student Needs Assistance Program (SNAP) at Eastern is a team of school and community agency staff who seek to help your child with problems preventing them from doing well in school or causing stress in their life.  Our team members' goal is to help you find services and assistance within the school and, if needed, the community.

School-Based Counseling

To support families who are interested in having their child receive outpatient therapy services, we have partnered with TrueNorth Wellness Services to enable students to work with an assigned therapist here in school during the school day (at school through the summer as well).

Care Solace

When you or your child needs help, it’s hard to know where to turn. In an effort to ease the burden of finding the mental health and substance use services you need, we’ve partnered with Care Solace, your central hub of care.  With a network of over 350,000 providers and services, Care Solace will help you find the right help at the right time, 24/7/365, at no cost to you. They will connect you with providers accepting all medical insurances, including Medicaid, Medicare, and sliding scale options for those without insurance.
