Dr. Rashed Al Karim is currently working as an Associate Professor at the School of Business, East Delta University, Chattogram Bangladesh. He has completed his Doctor of Philosophy from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) in Tourism and Hospitality Management and MBA in Marketing from the University of Wales, United Kingdom. His research interests are in tourism, and hospitality, Corporate Social Responsibility, sustainability, service marketing, consumer behavior, and Customer Relationship management. He has 40-plus publications in reputed peer-reviewed international journals & reviewed 75-plus articles from reputed journals such as International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management, Sustainability, International Journal of Bank Marketing, Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Insights, International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management and Asia Pacific Journal of Marketing and Logistics.
