7th Grade Vaccination Requirements
Students entering the 7th grade for the 2021-2022 school year are required to have a Tdap booster vaccine and Meningococcal (MCV4) vaccine. See your doctor this summer for your vaccinations or any clinic that offers vaccinations. The Clinton Co. Health Dept. offers low cost vaccinations also. Students must turn in a record of vaccination or an exemption form before the 10th day of school. For complete details, click here.
