Program & Logistics Team

• Responsible for planning the event schedule,  coordinating with IT and facilities for internet access, power outlets, furniture setup, and managing on-the-day logistics (registration desk, timekeeping, room assignments).

Sponsorship & Partnerships Team

• Responsible for identifying suitable sponsors, coordinating with partners, and inviting industry mentors or guest keepers.

Marketing & Design Team

• Responsible for creating the hackathon's brand logo, name, tagline, designing posters, and managing the event's promotional events.

Tech & Platform Team

• Responsible for creating and managing the event website, overseeing any online components, and testing internet connections, devices, and other equipment.

Participant and Mentorship Team

• Responsible for handling participant communications, FAQs, ensuring participants have a clear understanding of rules and criteria, providing on-site help desk, and monitoring participant wellbeing.

Judging&Evaluation Team

• Responsible for designing fair and transparent judging criteria, coordinating with the invited judges, organizing judging sessions, scoring sheets, managing the scoring process, tabulating final results, and preparing certificates and awards announcement.
