Kenzie is a trained hypnotherapist who completed a 13-month professional program through the HMI School of Hypnotherapy—the only nationally accredited hypnotherapy college in the United States. During her education, she studied under more than 30 hypnotherapists and psychologists, gaining extensive hands-on experience across a wide range of therapeutic approaches.
Her training is rooted in a Kappasinian model of hypnosis, a flexible and evidence-based approach designed to work with all levels of suggestibility.
This allows her to effectively support clients who may not consider themselves “easily hypnotized,” as well as those with analytical minds, heightened sensitivity, or unique neurological profiles.
Throughout her program, Kenzie was trained in over 30 hypnotherapy modalities and earned five professional certifications, including Past Life Regression, Smoking Cessation, Emergency Hypnosis, working with adults and children with ADHD, and working with transgender clients. Her work emphasizes adaptability, ethical practice, and client-centered care, allowing each session to be tailored to the individual rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all method.
Kenzie is a certified hypnotherapist, not a licensed psychotherapist, psychologist, or mental health counselor. While her work is informed by extensive education, training, and lived experience, she does not provide psychotherapy or clinical mental health treatment.
Any educational information shared during sessions is drawn from established hypnotherapy principles, public-domain knowledge, or widely available resources that can also be found in books or other educational materials. Her role is to guide clients through hypnotherapeutic processes—not to diagnose, treat, or replace licensed mental health care.
When appropriate, Kenzie encourages clients to work alongside licensed professionals to support their overall well-being. Hypnotherapy is offered as a complementary, self-empowering modality designed to support insight, awareness, and personal growth.

While Mackenzie continues to offer traditional hypnotherapy services, her primary passion and specialization lie in regression-based work—specifically past life regression, interlife (between-lives) regression, and future life progression. Her spiritual and professional path was initially inspired by documented cases of children who spontaneously recalled past lives, which ultimately became the deciding factor in her pursuit of hypnotherapy as a vocation.
Although past life regression is not intended to serve as historical proof or disproof of past events, it is widely recognized across cultures as a powerful therapeutic and spiritual healing modality. Many clients experience profound emotional release, insight, and long-term shifts in perspective through regression work, regardless of how they interpret the experience.
It is important to note that Mackenzie does not offer age regression. While some hypnotherapists provide this service, Mackenzie considers it potentially destabilizing when used to retrieve forgotten or repressed memories from the current lifetime. For this reason, her regression work is exclusively focused on past lives, interlife states, and future incarnations, rather than attempting to recover buried memories from the conscious mind.
Mackenzie’s regression approach draws from multiple respected sources, including the work of Dr. Brian Weiss, extensive literature written by QHHT practitioners, and her own intuitive methodologies. Many of her techniques are adapted and refined through direct collaboration with a client’s spiritual framework, often guided by the client’s spirit team or higher self.
While Mackenzie is not a certified QHHT practitioner, the passive regression techniques she offers may lead to experiences similar to those reported in QHHT sessions. Any overlap is the result of shared foundational concepts, not formal QHHT training or certification.
All regression sessions—past life, interlife, or future life—begin with a detailed explanation of the process and an opportunity for the client to set intentions. Mackenzie discusses expectations, preferred viewing styles, and any questions or concerns prior to induction. Each session includes a guided grounding and chakra-clearing meditation before entering the hypnotic state.
Clients experience regressions in different ways. Some see vivid imagery, while others receive information through sensations, emotions, inner knowing, or symbolic impressions. Visualization is not required for a regression to be meaningful or effective. Some individuals develop visual recall over multiple sessions, while others may never visualize at all—both experiences are considered completely valid.
In cases where visualization is limited or unavailable, Mackenzie also offers past life readings, during which she energetically accesses multiple lifetimes and provides insight, messages, and transmutation without the client entering hypnosis.
The majority of Kenzie’s hypnotherapy sessions—whether for application work, vocational support, or regression therapy—are typically (and preferably) conducted virtually. This allows clients to remain in a familiar, comfortable environment where the body can relax more fully and the subconscious can engage more naturally.
Clients are encouraged to position their phone, tablet, or computer in whatever way feels most supportive to them. Sessions may be done while lying down, sitting upright, or reclining in a chair. Many clients choose beds, couches, recliners, office chairs, or other comfortable seating. There is no “right” position—only what feels safest and most natural for the client.
For safety and effectiveness, the session should take place in a quiet room with minimal distractions, and Kenzie must be able to clearly see the client from the mid-chest upward throughout the session. Any form of video call is acceptable, provided the visual remains clear.
Please note: blurred or virtual backgrounds cannot be used during hypnosis sessions. With minimal movement, clients may blend into the background visually, which interferes with Kenzie’s ability to monitor physical cues and ensure safety. A clear, unfiltered camera view is required.
This structure allows hypnotherapy sessions to remain grounded, safe, and deeply effective—while honoring each client’s personal comfort and autonomy.
Throughout all regression work, Mackenzie closely monitors physical and energetic cues such as breathing patterns, muscle tension, vocal tone, and emotional responses. If a client encounters material that becomes overwhelming or destabilizing, she is trained to gently guide them away from that experience or bring them out of the hypnotic state altogether. Client safety and nervous system regulation are always prioritized.
In a past life regression, clients may experience a lifetime as if watching a movie, observing from above the body, or seeing through the eyes of the past-life self. These perspectives can shift naturally during the session. While viewing preferences are discussed beforehand, the subconscious ultimately determines the most appropriate way the experience unfolds.
Depending on session length, clients may explore key moments within a lifetime, receive messages, or choose whether to observe the death of that incarnation. When the session feels complete, Mackenzie gently guides the client back to full waking consciousness.
Because not all clients consciously remember their hypnotic experiences, every session includes a complimentary audio recording and written transcript for later review.
Interlife regression may be experienced on its own or in combination with a past life regression. This form of regression explores the state of consciousness between incarnations—often described as the space where souls plan lifetimes, reconnect with guides, and review experiences.
Through interlife regression, clients may meet their spirit team, interact with deceased loved ones or pets, connect with their higher self, and recall what many describe as “home” or the worlds between lifetimes.
Future life progression does not involve predicting events within the client’s current lifetime. Instead, it explores a future incarnation or timeline that has not yet occurred. Clients often report encounters with advanced technologies, unfamiliar landscapes, interdimensional beings, or societies vastly different from present-day life.
Regression work can be used to gain deeper self-understanding, uncover recurring life themes, identify karmic patterns, and consciously choose new ways of being in the present lifetime. Many clients use interlife regression specifically to explore soul purpose, incarnation planning, and long-term spiritual goals.
Mackenzie also offers professionally recorded regression audios and self-regression training for experienced clients. She strongly recommends that individuals complete at least one guided regression with a qualified practitioner before attempting self-regression, as navigating intense or traumatic material without proper grounding can be destabilizing.
For those interested in Mackenzie’s personal experiences with regression, interlife exploration, and future life progression, she shares in-depth accounts on her YouTube channel. These reflections offer insight into how regression work has supported her own healing, growth, and spiritual integration.

Kenzie offers vocational and avocational hypnotherapy for clients seeking change, support, or transformation related to habits, behaviors, identity, focus, performance, or life direction.
Vocational hypnotherapy focuses on goals connected to work, purpose, roles, or long-term direction—such as career alignment, confidence, performance, identity integration, and professional transitions.
Avocational hypnotherapy addresses personal habits, emotional patterns, and lifestyle-related goals outside of one’s profession—such as smoking cessation, weight management, stress responses, focus, motivation, and self-regulation.
Together, these approaches allow Kenzie to support the subconscious in meaningful, practical ways that extend into everyday life.
Kenzie holds certifications in:
• smoking cessation
• weight loss
• past life regression
• working with transgender clients
• supporting clients with ADHD
• emergency hypnosis
These certifications represent additional education and deeper study in each area. They do not limit the scope of her work. Her foundational training at HMI College of Hypnotherapy covered a wide range of modalities and applications, allowing her to work effectively with a broad spectrum of hypnotherapy goals and subjects.
Whether a client’s focus falls within one of her listed specialties or not, Kenzie adapts each session to the individual’s needs, suggestibility style, and subconscious communication patterns.
Vocational and avocational hypnotherapy may help with:
• habit change and behavioral re-patterning
• focus, motivation, and follow-through
• confidence and self-trust
• identity integration and embodiment
• nervous system regulation
• emotional resilience
• performance and clarity
• stress and burnout
• personal growth and alignment
Kenzie works with clients of all suggestibility types and does not promise fixed outcomes or session counts. Instead, she allows change to unfold at the pace that is most aligned for the client.
While Kenzie lists specific certifications for transparency, her training extends far beyond any single modality. The certifications simply reflect areas where she chose to deepen her understanding—not limitations on what she can support.
Each session is tailored to the client, their goals, and how their subconscious responds best. This flexible approach allows hypnotherapy to remain empowering, accessible, and deeply effective.
$166/hour
Because Mackenzie’s hypnotherapy services are intentionally offered at an accessible rate, the Combined Modalities Hypnotherapy Session is priced separately to reflect the expanded energetic, spiritual, and integrative work included. Even at $166 per hour, this remains below the national average for standalone hypnotherapy — while incorporating additional modalities designed to accelerate deep healing and integration.
In these sessions, Mackenzie blends clinical hypnotherapy with aligned spiritual tools from her full toolbelt. Modalities are never chosen based on preference or assumption. Everything is filtered through the client’s higher self and spirit team to ensure that only what is safe, appropriate, and aligned is brought forward.
While under hypnosis, the subconscious mind becomes accessible and responsive. This allows traumas, trapped emotions, energetic imprints, and memories — whether from this lifetime or across lifetimes — to surface in a way the conscious mind alone may not access.
During a Combined Modalities session, Mackenzie may incorporate:
Clinical hypnotherapy
Energy healing
Virtual body mapping
Light language clearing and energetic coding
Channeling from the body, higher self, or spirit team
Multidimensional alchemization of trauma
Deep shadow work and inner child integration
Energetic extraction or recalibration (when aligned and permitted)
This approach strengthens subconscious reprogramming and root-level healing.
Not everything is meant to be removed. Some experiences are meant to be integrated by the client themselves. The client’s sovereignty is always honored.
This session is ideal for individuals who:
Feel “stuck” despite doing years of personal growth or therapy
Experience recurring emotional or behavioral patterns
Feel there is energetic residue that has not fully cleared
Are ready for deeper subconscious and energetic work
Desire a spiritually integrated approach to healing
Want to combine hypnotherapy with energy modalities in one session
This is not surface-level work. It is for clients who feel ready to move beyond symptom management and into root integration.
Deep subconscious and energetic work can create shifts within the nervous system and emotional body. As patterns move, the body may respond in natural regulatory ways.
Release looks different for each individual and may include:
Emotional expression (such as crying)
Temperature changes
Mild shaking or trembling
Yawning or sighing
Increased thirst
Increased urination
Temporary fatigue
Emotional waves or clarity
These responses are signs that the body is processing and reorganizing stored stress or emotion.
Clients are encouraged to allow their body’s natural regulation process to occur without forcing or suppressing it. Mackenzie does not induce physical reactions — the body responds organically when it feels safe to do so.
Hydration before and after session is strongly encouraged to support overall regulation and well-being.
If a client experiences physical discomfort beyond mild or temporary regulation responses, they are advised to seek appropriate medical support.
Before any Combined Modalities session, an emergency contact form must be completed and submitted. This ensures that, in the unlikely event of a concern, a trusted contact can be reached.
It is suggested (though not always possible) that another adult be present in the home during session for additional grounding and reassurance.
Most clients feel lighter and clearer following session. However, some may experience temporary fatigue or emotional processing for several hours afterward. Planning for a restful day is recommended.
Clients are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, medications, or psychological diagnoses prior to session. These sessions are not a replacement for medical or psychological treatment and are conducted within Mackenzie’s professional scope of practice.
Integration continues after session.
Clients are encouraged to:
Hydrate well
Rest if needed
Eat nourishing food
Avoid overstimulation
Journal or reflect
Move gently
It is normal to notice subtle shifts, emotional processing, or increased awareness within 24–48 hours.
If concerns arise beyond expected integration responses, clients should consult a qualified healthcare provider.
This session requires Mackenzie to operate on multiple levels simultaneously:
Clinical hypnotherapist
Analytical and conscious practitioner maintaining scope and safety
Energetic conduit
Channel
Light language facilitator
Nervous system regulator
Multidimensional translator
Holding these roles at once — while maintaining conscious awareness, professionalism, ethical boundaries, and the academic integrity of hypnotherapy — is energetically demanding.
The pricing reflects the expanded energetic output and the care required to safely facilitate this depth of work. While the cost does not represent an exact energetic equivalence, it is structured to maintain the health, sustainability, and safety of both Mackenzie and her clients.
Sustainable practitioners create safer containers.
