Any misuse of technology in attendance or while logged into an Early County High School classroom or session will result in violation of the school’s rules of conduct.  When in violation to ensure that all students and teachers are protected, the principal may undertake corrective measures that are believed to be in the best interest of the student and the school provided such action does not violate school board policy or procedures.

Examples of violation, but NOT limited to, 

No recording or taking pictures of teachers, staff, or other students on the videos. 

No creating or sharing videos of teachers and/or other students that are currently enrolled in the class. 

No creating freeze frame pictures, filters, etc. with a teacher or students in the classroom. 

Students should dress appropriately in the virtual/online class platform.

No verbal or written disrespect will be allowed in the virtual/online classroom. 

No inappropriate or disrespectful phone calls to teachers or staff. 

NOTE: 

The ECHS handbook will be followed to address all other disciplinary actions.
