We are so very pleased to invite you to the 19th Annual Teachers' Conference, from March 21-23, 2024 at the Shangri-La Hotel, Bangkok, Thailand. Coming on the heels of last year’s fantastic conference where, for the first time in three years, educators from around the region (and the globe) were able to reconnect in person this year’s conference promises to be at least as exciting as last year’s!
While the core subject strands this coming March are Science, Technology, Math, and Social Studies, Service Learning, and Global Citizenship with a focus on middle school as well, there will be much on offer no matter what you teach. If you are an international school educator, please plan to join us. From our keynotes to the rich array of preconference offerings from leaders in teaching and learning and assessment to the always remarkable collection of presentations and workshops offered by teachers from EARCOS schools, you don’t want to miss this year’s conference.

This annual conference focuses on strategies, tools and best practices that engage students across the region.
Attendees always return to their home schools with a basket of new ideas and opportunities to introduce to their classrooms. The opportunities build upon professional networks and to enjoy camaraderie have made this conference a ‘must’ with educators from the EARCOS region.
This year's STRANDS
Science
Science imparts knowledge to students about their surroundings and empowering them with the understanding that they can actively contribute to both innovation and the progress of humanity.
Math
Provide opportunities for independent work, group activities, and one-on-one assistance to accommodate various learning preferences.
Social Studies/Humanities
Understanding of human societies, cultures, history, and their interconnectedness.
Service Learning
Service learning is an educational pedagogy that engages students in applying classroom content towards meeting authentic community issues.
Global Issues/Global Citizenship
Cultivates critical thinking, empathy, and an appreciation for diverse perspectives to foster informed and engaged global citizens.
S.T.E.M (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math)
Interdisciplinary educational approach that emphasizes the integration of these four disciplines to solve complex problems and foster innovation.

EARCOS Schools Registration
Registration is open to EARCOS member schools. Each school will receive a designated username and password to access the registration form online.
Regular Fee: US $400 | Late Fee: US $500
Pre-conference: US $125 per person

Associate Institution & Individual Members Registration
Registration is open to EARCOS Associate and Individual members. The username and password is given only to the associate member's primary contact.
Regular Fee: US $400 | Late Fee: US $500
Exhibit Table: US $350 per table or equivalent space.

Non-Members Registration
Non-members are welcome to attend the conference. Spaces are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Please sign up for the waitlist here If a space is available, you will be sent a username and password to register.
