The purpose of this course is to allow students to deepen their understandings of economics by analyzing individual decisions using marginal analysis. Students will master the principles of microeconomics by examining the relationships between the individual choices of consumers and producers, as well as the resulting effects on varying markets. Moreover, students will explore market failures and strategies to promote greater equity and efficiency. This course will prepare students for the AP Microeconomics Examination in May 2025, but also prepare students to be economically savvy leaders.
