Hello! I'm Allison Scacco and this is my 18th year working at Westlake High School.  I have taught English 3 and 4 for the majority of those years and absolutely have a heart for the upperclassmen. I am entering my fifth year at TLC. It has been such a gift for me to be a part of this program, and I look forward to continuing to fully engross in the culture and ideals of TLC. 

Once upon a time, I actually attended Westlake High School. Upon graduation in 2000, I went to Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas, and graduated with a Master of Arts in Teaching in 2005. I am proud to report I was also part of a DIII National Championship Basketball program while attending TU. 

Formerly known as Coach Wooley, I was the head girls' basketball coach at Westlake from 2010-2013 and coached the sub-varsities for a few years prior. I loved coaching, but I made the decision to step down as head coach in order to start my family.  

The loves of my life are my three children: Caleb (12), Birdie (9), and Jay (8). All three of them attend Eanes schools and we have a new MIddle Schooler this year! 

My husband is also a Westlake grad and works hard to support our family. We have a few perfect pups Olive (16), Clementine (5) and the newest member Mister Pickles (1). You will probably see kids and pups hanging out around TLC from time to time. I enjoy being outdoors, adventuring in our travel trailer, reading a good book, and drinking too much coffee. It's the only way to survive my current circumstances!
