I have been teaching at The Learning Center since it began in 1993. Most of my nearly 40 years of teaching experinces have been in alternative or innovative public schools. I am glad to be back at TLC part-time this year teaching Government, Economics and Humanities/Meeting Modern Problems.

I am a graduate of Oklahoma University (BFA-1974), University of Pittsurgh (M.Ed- 1979) and St. Edward's University (MLA-2005). My wife retired from St. Edward's a few years ago and is balancing being a new grandmother with creating artwork. When I'm not teaching I'm either playing with our grandson, writing short stories or playing my bass ukulele.
