About Me

My name is Shelby Roberts and I teach Language Arts to your students in 8th grade. This is my third year teaching and first year at Hill Country. 

I love to cook and try new foods! I am all about going to new restaurants and experiencing cultures through food. I also love going to the Farmers Market and picking out local fruits and vegetables. When I’m not teaching, I am in my kitchen trying a new recipe or you can find me at Barnes and Noble looking for whatever new fiction book has come out!

I love living in Austin with my husband and my two dogs, George and Ducky. I am excited for this school year and can’t wait to see all of my amazing students in person!
