About Me

Hi there! I teach and coach at Hill Country. It’s my third year teaching, but my first year coaching and my first year at Hill Country! I went to Texas State (go Bobcats!) and earned my degree in Exercise and Sports Science.

To me, math is more than just numbers, it’s about building confidence, problem-solving, and learning to keep going even when things get tough. I try to make my classroom a positive, supportive space where students can grow in and out of math.

The best part of my job is getting to know my students and being someone they can count on.

Outside of school, I’m into comedy, paddle boarding, and hanging with my pets, Bailey the Corgi and my cats, Grey and Moo. I got engaged in June and now spend my “free time” planning a wedding… which is basically just another full-time job!

By the end of the year, I hope my students leave my class feeling more confident in math and in themselves.
