Program Description
Pace Bend Expedition involves all eighth graders from the Eanes School District in a two day residential-outdoor program. This time is meant to bring the two different eighth grade classes together before coming to the High School for their Freshman year.
Harambe is the training camp for Pace Bend in which Teen Teachers, and some selected non-Teen Teachers, will participate in a two day overnight camp. Students will learn how to run the activities and come together as leaders to ensure a great experience for the eighth graders.

*Students will receive schedule with activities the day before!
DAY 1:
DAY 1:
8:40 am - Drop off luggage in Teen Teaching room.
8:50 am - Go to 1st and 2nd period
10:50 am - Grab luggage and take to bus. Students will eat lunch on the bus.
12 pm - Arrive at Highland Lakes Camp and activities begin!

8:30 am - Breakfast and activities for the day begin!
6:30 pm - Students head back to Westlake High School
7:30 pm - Students arrive at Westlak High School and can head home!
