About Me

Born and raised among the citrus groves of the Rio Grande Valley, I am a proud South Texas-reared teacher with a great passion for helping any student achieve everything they want in my classroom. 

I once taught British Literature to graduating seniors, followed by English I and AP Language & Composition. Now, I am privileged to guide the hungry minds of West Ridge Middle School through 7th & 8th grade ELA. 

Interests: Large libraries of unread books/ Hiking Trails with good people/ Aggie football/ Boston Celtics basketball/ Every movie under the sun.
