Robotics 2
Course Overview
This course expands upon the fundamental concepts of Engineering and Technology to students by further communicating the basic principles of robotics. Students will use a hands-on approach to explore basic concepts and tangible learning applications with mobile robots, starting with building simple mobile robots and expanding on their design complexity throughout the course. This objective is supported with hands-on activities, team-building collaboration, labs, lectures, and working through the design process and scientific method. We will combine direct instruction with hands-on building using the Vex IQ Robotics Kit and expose students to programming using applications including EasyC V4 and RobotC.
