About Me

Welcome to HCMS!  I began teaching full time in 1990 while living in Orlando, FL  until I moved  to North Carolina in 2007. In 2013 I moved to Austin to be with my Mom and my sister and her family.  I left my two brothers and their families in the Central Florida area so I always a place to stay.  I have been teaching in the Eanes District since 2013 .  Before joining my education family here at HCMS to teach Yearbook, Speech, & MAPS, I taught Science and LA.  I am National Board Certified and Highly Qualified according to the past No Child Left Behind Federal policy.  My love for teaching is inherited from my grandmother and mother.  My love for dogs will be forever; especially Pomeranians!  I am a Pom-Mom in my heart and soul.  I look forward to an amazing and fruitful year.  Go Cougars!
