About Me

Welcome to the 2023-24 school year. I am very excited to be starting my third year as a West Ridge Wildcat. 

I will be teaching three sections of 6th grade Science this year.   Science has been my favorite subject since I was very young.  In fact, all of my favorite teachers were my Science teachers.  It is my passion.  

I will also be coaching volleyball and soccer this year.  I played soccer for 35 years and played volleyball through high school.  Playing travel soccer from the age of 9-19 helped me understand the importance of teamwork.  As a soccer coach, I have worked with children from the ages of 5-19.  For volleyball, I have taught middle and high school girls.  Coaching volleyball for 15 years renewed my love of the game.  It has been 10 years since I have coached volleyball but I am excited.
