Advocate. Listener. Speaker. Helper. Relationship-builder. Strengths-amplifier. Success-believer.
My name is Blaise Lallathin, and I'm the school psychologist at West Ridge Middle School. This is my ninth school year as a school psychologist, my fourth year in Eanes ISD, and my fourth year at West Ridge. Go Wildcats!
Prior to Eanes and moving to Austin in July 2022, I lived in NYC for six years, and I was a school psychologist in the NYC public schools. I loved my time in NYC, but I'm so happy to be in Austin.
I am passionate about advocating for our students, amplifying their personal strengths, supporting them to navigate their roadblocks, and helping them to believe in their own success.
Every student has the right to a free and appropriate public education (FAPE - one of the many acronyms in special education) in their least restrictive environment (LRE - another acronym!). In simpler terms, every student belongs here.
As an Eanes ISD school psychologist, I am here to unite, empower, and inspire... every person, every day.
