How To Apply

THE APPLICATION
Interested candidates will apply through our google form.Â
The application will ask which position you are applying for and, if applying for the instructional postion, to select a content area.
The application requires submission of a resume and recent unofficial college transcript in .pdf format.
Questions inquire about your experiences with the following;
anti-racism and social justice,
restorative practices,
working with youth ages 14-21,
living in a communal setting.
Once you submit an application we will reach out via email for further instructions within 14 days.
THE INTERVIEW
Interviews will be about an hour long and take place over zoom.
Interview panels will consist of 3 to 6 interviewers. Panels could include the following:
the Fellowship Director
the Director of the department you are applying for
the content supervisor you would work with directly
the fellow currently in the position (or another fellow not in the position)
a student that serves in one of our leadership groups
a staff member from outside the department that would also work closely with your position
Interviews will consist of questions of the applicants' experience and offer a chance for the applicant to ask questions of the panel.
In addition to expanded questions from the application, interview questions could include but are not limited to;
giving and receiving feedback,
dealing with challenging co-workers and youth,
managing work/life balance and self awareness,
scenarios relevant to the position for which you applied,
