Outstanding PR/HYLI Student Delegates They are role models amongst their peer who possess characteristics in the New York State Portrait of a Graduate. PR/HYLI Outstanding Student Delegates who are selected will take part in an experiential Educational Trip to Washington, D.C. or Puerto Rico. PR/HYLI Student Delegates interested in being considered for this opportunity must complete the following application to share why they feel are worthy of this distinction.
