• Vendor contact form must be submitted through the hub

• Vendor description form must be submitted through the hub

• REMINDER these must be filled out each year even if you are not making changes

November 1st

• All price changes are due for the following school year

November 15th

• All renewal quotes should be provided to each BOCES

• REMINDER renewal quotes should expire after July 1

May 1

• Any overages must have been communicated, in writing, to the BOCES prior to May 1

July 1

• All BOCES will begin to send out PO's

• REMINDER don't invoice until after July 1 with a 45 day term
