Use the provided links below to register for this year's vendor webinar. Please ONLY register for the consortium that you are part of. If your company participates in more than one consortium, you are only required to attend one meeting (if you hold an ITCC contract, you should plan to attend that session).. As a reminder, one representative from each vendor MUST attend the webinar in order for your contract to remain in good standing.
Vendor contact form must be submitted through the hub
Vendor description form must be submitted through the hub
REMINDER these must be filled out each year even if you are not making changes
All price changes are due for the following school year
All renewal quotes should be provided to each BOCES
REMINDER renewal quotes should expire after July 1
Any overages must have been communicated, in writing, to the BOCES prior to May 1
All BOCES will begin to send out PO's
REMINDER don't invoice until after July 1 with a 45 day term
