In 2018, the publishing house Književna Opština Vršac (KOV) published Babuc's collection of poems and short novels, Kartagina, which is based in its entirety on summarized values from several periods, relying on the principle of general knowledge and action.
In 2021, his academic synopsis, "Machine Learning Models Comparison on Integrated Clinical and Genomic Dataset", was published in the scientific journal, Hellenic Society for Computational Biology and Bioinformatics, from Athens.
In 2022, his academic paper "An Authentic Algorithm for Ciphering and Deciphering Called Latin Djokovic" was published in the conference proceedings of the International Conference on Knowledge Security in Istanbul. Babuc won the best presentation award at this conference.
In February 2023, Nova Poetika, a popular literary house from Serbia, published Babuc's new book, Skladište.
In April 2023, he participated in the Smart Diaspora multi-disciplinary conference.
In May 2023, he participated at the European Congress on Endocrinology in Istanbul.
In October 2023, his scientific poster about COVID-19 prevailing was presented at the European Computer Science Summit in Edinburgh.
In February 2024, Babuc held a presentation at the UNESCO Global Forum on Ethics in AI and had the most views.
In March 2024, his translation from Romanian: Autoput A4 i druge pesme, written originally by Romanian author, L. M. Baros, was published on Lulu Bookstore.
In April 2024, his paper "Fine-Tuned CNN for Clothing Image Classification on Mobile Edge Computing" was published in the Advanced Information Networking and Applications (Conference of rank B) Proceedings journal.
In the same month, Babuc's poster, "A Custom-Based Deep Learning Architecture for Classifying Colorectal Polyps into Premalignant and Benign", was posted in the MIT's (Boston MA, USA) corridors for the RECOMB (top 2 from bioinformatics) conference's poster session.
Babuc received the EurAI award offered by ESSAI & ACAI (June 2024).
In November 2024, he received the Best Paper award at the International Conference on Bioinformatics and Bioengineering.
Several of his literary works have been published in the literary magazines KOV and Mladi dani from Vrbas. The mentioned works include poems, translations, and short stories.

In 2021, a part of Babuc's web project, with elements of artificial intelligence, called "XAIBOT: Trilingual Erudite and Intelligent Chatbot" was integrated into the Artificial Intelligence Hub of the West University of Timisoara. In the same year, his paper, "Scientific factors of an erudite chatbot", based on the XAIBOT application, was accepted for the CS3 seminar in Timisoara, organized by West University, Department of Computer Science.
As of 2024, Babuc is a top 5 programmer from Serbia and West University of Timişoara, Romania, based on the Kattis coding rankings. He is also the record holder of some Kattis' problems.
From 2019 to 2022, he participated in national programming competitions. Among the numerous official university competitions, the biggest one is the Regional Southeast European Contest (SEERC), organized by ACM-ICPC 2020/2021 and 2022.
