Band Camp Itineraries

Things To Note:

Bring refillable water bottles & closed toed shoes. We ask to also have school appropriate attire while we are outside rehearsing for the morning blocks.
Plan to have lunch on your own. Please ensure you are prompt on return times.
For our Water-balloon activity, please plan to bring an extra set of clothes. No white t-shirts or anything see through.
The performance on Friday will conclude with a family pot-lock. Join us after the performance for our family potluck; bring a dish of your own! This years theme is _____________________________ to fit with our production!

Vista Vanguard 2026 Season Calendar

This a is TENTATIVE live calendar for the season. Competitions and Camps are the only set dates that will not change. We ask that students and parents tentatively block out the specific dates for their schedule.

If there are changes, an email will be sent to students and parents as well as a posting in the ParentSquare. Please reference the calendar weekly.

*Reminder that Marching Band competitions, Rehearsals, & Camps are part of the class and are graded course requirements. If there are attendance dates that cannot be attended, director must be notified by parent for makeup*
