ESS Summer Seminar 2018

ESS Summer Seminar is an opportunity during July 10th-12th and July 16th-18th for ESS staff to participate in professional development. During the first week, district ESS teachers, OTs, PTs, SLPs, APE teachers, psychologists, behavior coaches, and behavior analysts can personalize their professional development by selecting classes that meet their instructional needs and interests.

During the second week of ESS Summer Seminar, district paraprofessionals, behavior technicians, SLP-As, COTAs, and PT-As are invited to join district ESS teachers, OTs, PTs, SLPs, APE teachers, psychologists, behavior coaches, and behavior analysts for a 3 day pathway designed specifically for their primary classroom assignment including resource, structured teaching classroom (STC) and ASPIRE program, positive behavior support (PBS), and preschool.

All classes during ESS Summer Seminar are optional but highly encouraged. For each week district ESS staff are eligible to attend summer seminar they will be compensated for up to 20 hours of professional development. We look forward to a great July of professional growth!
