About Me/ Meet the Teacher
I was born and raised in Honolulu, HI. I am Hawaiian, Chinese, Korean, and German. I received my Bachelor's in Liberal Studies from Whitworth College in 2005, a Master's Degree in Teaching from Pacific University in 2006, and a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from Capella University in 2013. I have taught 5th grade for 5 years, a 5/6 combo class for 1 year, and 2nd grade for 7 years. I have also taught K-8 in afterschool and summer school. This will be my 13th year of teaching.
I took a year off to be home with my three babies. It has been a dream to be home with them for a whole year and spend extra time with my husband as well.

Hobbies: Spending time with my babies and husband, cooking, walking, and being outdoors
