Homework

Homework is assigned as a monthly packet and also to give you, the parent, the opportunity to see how your child is doing with specific skills.  It is also a good habit to begin early in a child's education to teach responsibility. Homework should not take a significant amount of time at this age. If your child is struggling, or you have questions please let me know. I always suggest getting in a homework routine with your child. If you need tips, please ask!

I am huge advocate in reading to young children. Please read to your child every day! Remember to have fun!

Homework will be given to students by a monthly packet beginning in August. The packet will include skills for the student to work on daily throughout the month, including a reading log. I will grade each packet at the end of the month to enter in the grade book.
