Dear Students and Families,

Welcome to an exciting year of Music! I am so thrilled to be your music teacher, and I can’t wait to begin a joyful journey of singing, dancing, playing instruments, and exploring the foundational skills that make music so much fun.

In our classroom, we will learn, create, and perform together in a supportive and encouraging environment. Whether it's keeping a steady beat, learning to use our singing voices, or discovering how instruments work, our goal is to enjoy the process of making music while building essential skills.

Our Classroom Expectations:

• Be a Participant

Students who follow these expectations will have opportunities to earn Teacher Mail, receive positive notes home, and collect Jet Tags, which can be turned in to the front office for special rewards!

Please know that my goal is the success of every student in my class. I will do everything I can to help each child thrive, feel confident, and find joy in making music.

🎵 Interested in Singing More? Join Choir Club!

Students in 3rd–5th grade are invited to join our Choir Club, which meets before school on Tuesdays starting 8/19/2025. Click on the "Luke Jets Choir" Page for more information.
