About Mrs. Devonport

Hi there! I'm Mrs. Devonport, the choir director and general music teacher here at Luke Elementary.

My goal is to help students discover the joy and power of music—not just as a subject, but as a way to express themselves, build discipline, and connect with the world around them. Music is truly a universal language, and I believe it can be both healing and inspiring when you open yourself up to it.

In my classroom, students will not only build musical skills, but also explore different cultures, traditions, and the many ways music connects us all.
