Hello Mountain Lions!

Welcome to Remote Learning!

I hope this note finds all of you and your families healthy, safe and happy! I miss you all very much!

My GOAL for this class is the same as my expectations during any PE class you have taken this year and that is TO KEEP YOU MOVING and ACTIVE!!!

I understand that it is an unusual time as we are all staying inside the majority of the time BUT it is also an opportunity to try activities that you would not have otherwise. I will be sharing videos, links and other ideas that will help us all achieve our GOAL of STAYING ACTIVE.

The majority of lessons will be focusing on Yoga, stretching, breathing exercise as well as an activity or workout YOU might want to try or suggest something that you want share with us. I will be adding many more lessons and activities to this site so please LOOK THRU ALL THE VIDEOS AND ACTIVITIES!

EXPECTATIONS: You are expected to do at least 15 minutes of any of the activities that are on this site or simply go for a walk with your family AND fill out the form by 3pm Every Friday. I hope you do closer to 60 mins of some kind of physical activity to help you get thru these strange days!

Basketball Drills You could do ALONE

The first 10 videos are drills designed to be done alone and the others could be done with a sibling or parent. Please improvise and use things you have around the house to replace items like cones, baskets, nets, even a basketball. You can almost use anything with a little bit of imagination!
