Overview

Ideation team - brainstormed ideas on the general set-up of the career expo and featured speakers. Generated ideas on how students would engage in the expo. Created engagement tables/cards and gave general support to the director when needed.

Design team - Created and designed all print-based promotional materials (posters/ signs and maps). Collaborated with the director on the Website design and Career day Tagline. 

Public Relations team - Responsible for student outreach and promotion of career day. Including surveying student interest in the beginning stages, writing the Career Day press release, and creating videos to help students navigate the day.

MCs - Responsible for managing the stage and introducing the featured speaking segment of the day. Facilitate the Q&A sessions.
