Casey Lartigue Jr.

Casey Lartigue is co-founder and co-president of Freedom Speakers International. He is co-editor of Educational Freedom in Urban America and co-author of Greenlight to Freedom. He has won awards and special recognition from the Hansarang Rural Cultural Foundation, Challenge Korea, the Korea Hana Foundation and the Mulmangcho Human Rights Institute. He is a columnist with the Korea Times, executive director of Giving Tuesday Korea, and a lecturer in public speaking at the Seoul University of Foreign Studies. Lartigue received a bachelor’s degree from the Harvard University Extension School and a master’s degree from the Harvard University Graduate School of Education.

Dr. Taewook Shin

Dr. Taewook Shin works for the Global E-commerce Group of Coupang since Jan, 2021. He is advising on international trade, trade contracts, customs issues, and international logistics. He worked for KimChang as a senior advisor in the field of the previous areas. Before working for the private sector, He was a public officer of the Korea Customs Service. His main positions were head of Suwon Customs House, director of international cooperation division and director of the strategy and intelligence division, and technical attache of the World Customs Organization. He received his Ph.D. in Economics with a dissertation of “A Study on the Global Taxation Principles and Transfer Prices of Multinational Enterprises”.

Jem Kim

Jem is CEO and founding member of leading plant-based startup BriteBelly. Before BriteBelly, she worked on HR and talent acquisition strategies at Coupang, an NYSE-listed Korean e-commerce company. Previously she was with Herald Corp. for 19 years, serving as the head of business development and co-founding an inhouse venture on the media business side. On the editorial side, she was a reporter, the industry's youngest Business Desk Editor, The Korea Herald's first Tokyo correspondent, and co-headed the markets & equities section for NHK World. Also in Japan, she served as the first Tokyo president of Organica Corp. after spearheading exports to Japan. Outside of work, Jem was an English radio program host and freelance media consultant. She received her B.A. from Sogang University and is a certified Venture Capitalist.

Dr. Hyun Jung Kim

Dr. Hyun Jung Kim became a medical doctor at the College of Medicine at Eulji University. She completed her residency at Nowon Eulji Medical Center in the Department of Pediatrics. She immediately started her professional career as medical advisor for Abbvie Korea's Medical Affaris office. She then went on to the field of research as a Medical Manager for C&R Research, within their Medical team. She currently holds a position as the Vaccine Medical lead at Sanofi Vaccine, Korea.

Rockey Yoo

Rockey Yoo is an international lawyer at Shin & Kim, one of Korea’s largest corporate law firms. Prior to Korea, he was a trial lawyer for over a decade with a noted record of success. Mr. Yoo is a Canadian national and is qualified as a lawyer in New York and California and as a barrister and solicitor in Canada. He is also the Chairman of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Korea and is a member of the Foreign Investment Advisory Council for the Seoul Metropolitan Government. Shaan Shuddh Rauniyar

Shaan currently leads Samsung's Global Strategy Group (GSG) that advises top executives across Samsung group of companies. At GSG, Shaan's work has spanned wide variety of topics covering key strategic topics for Samsung, mainly focusing on digital transformation, online business and more recently Samsung's push in B2B. Prior to GSG, Shaan worked in technology for companies like Amazon. Originally from Nepal, Shaan has lived in Germany, Canada, France, UAE, Singapore and has been in Korea since 2017. Shaan completed his MBA from INSEAD and his BSc from Jacobs University Bremen.

Jungim Park

Jungim Park has experience working in global financial institutions such as Citibank, UBS, and BNP Paribas, specifically located in New York, Hong Kong, and Seoul. She has been with Meritz Asset Management since 2018 and plays an active role in the Equity team and the Direct Sales and Marketing team. She holds MBA from Columbia Business School.

Dr. Abigail Copiaco

Abigail obtained her Ph.D. in December 2021 in the Artificial Intelligence, Signal Processing, and Machine Learning fields at the University of Wollongong (UOW), Australia, garnering the “Examiners’ Commendation Award for Outstanding Ph.D. Thesis”. As an academic highflyer, she consistently graduated at the top of her class and earned the “Top Graduate” award for her BEng. with Distinction from UOWD, acquiring the highest mark among all engineering graduates of her batch. Currently, she is an Assistant Professor at the University of Dubai (UD). Alongside this, she is also an active researcher working on international collaborative projects on various applications of Artificial Intelligence.
