Biology

Biology is a required science course which teaches the basic principles of living things. Some of the topics discussed are: cells, DNA, biotechnology, natural selection and biochemistry. Students use a variety of learning tools to learn more about living things from the micro (bacteria and other single celled organisms) to the macro level (ecosystems and biomes). This is a laboratory science course.
