One of our earliest projects, this development is nestled along the shores of Lake Victoria. It skillfully balances the client's private living spaces with guest accommodations, all within a compact site. The design embraces the essence of enjoyable outdoor living.
The first phase of this multi-unit residential development features 24 two-bedroom units. The triangular shape of the site posed a significant challenge in optimizing the site plan. Our solution strategically positioned the buildings along two sides of the property, creating a central area for parking and a shared communal green space.
A private residence that achieves and interplay between natural timber, local burnt brick masonry, modern glass facade. There is a fusion between indoor and outdoor space, punctuated by a large verandah space the seamlessly merges with the living space especially when the glass doors are opened.
