Youth Skills Training (YST) Grant

We connect students with real, hands-on career experiences in precision agriculture. The Youth Skills Training Grant powers this work and opens doors to high-demand careers right here in Minnesota.

What students do

• Learn precision ag tools and tech, including drones and data

• Explore agronomy, equipment operation, and crop consulting

• Build problem-solving, teamwork, and leadership skills

• Earn experience that translates to real jobs

Our partners

We work with employers and higher-ed to make learning real. Partners include Titan Machinery, Centrol Crop Consulting, St. Cloud State University, and local ag businesses.

Why it matters

Students gain skills and confidence. Local employers meet future workforce needs. Our small school delivers big opportunities.
