Getting ready for the upcoming school year? Setting up your family in the Bound app makes registering for activities and tracking your family’s custom schedule super easy.

You can get started in just a few quick steps:

1. Download & Open the App:

Log in using your email address.
Tip: If you already made an account on your web browser, use that same email and your family will automatically show up!

2. Start the Setup:

You can kick off the process in any of these ways:

Tap My Family at the bottom of the screen, then tap the Family tab.

Or tap the Home tab and click the green Register for Activities button.

3. Fill in Your Details:

Click Create Family Account or Get Started, fill out your basic information, and tap Create Family.

4. Link Your School:

Select your state Minnesota and choose Dawson-Boyd to connect your family to our school.

That’s it! Once your family is created, you’ll be taken to your Family Dashboard where you can add guardians, add your kids, and sign up for activities.

JMC - School Registration

New this school year, families can complete all back-to-school registration and paperwork online through their family JMC account.

How to get started:

1. Visit the JMC Parent Portal

2. Ensure you select the 2026–2027 school year and your preferred language English or Spanish on the login page.

3. Log in and follow the step-by-step instructions to complete registration.

Note | A service charge of 3% will be added to your online credit card payments.

JMC - Payments

To Pay Tuition & Fees:

Log in to your family JMC account.
Click Tuition/Fees on the left menu to view your children's balance.
Click the Pay My Bill button in the top right corner.
Select the fees you’d like to pay and click OK.
Enter your credit card or bank account details to complete your payment.

Note | A 3% processing fee will be added to the final amount.

To Add Money To Your Lunch Account:

Log into the JMC Parent Portal.
Click Lunch in the left-hand sidebar.
Select JMC Online Deposit (Family Account).
Enter your credit card or bank account details to complete the payment.

Note | A 3% transaction fee will be applied.

Activity Registration & Payment Instructions

If your child plans to participate in Robotics, One Act Play, or Knowledge Bowl, please add the activity fee during checkout when paying standard annual fees (such as Chromebook fees and class dues).

Log in to your JMC Family Portal.
Select Tuition/Fees from the left-hand menu.
Click Purchase Items at the top of the page.
Locate the desired activity and add it to your cart before proceeding to checkout.
