We spent the rest of the break aggressively pursuing the audacious goals we added to the bucket list we created at the beginning of the summer! We got in some kayaking, a Shawn Mendes concert, tons of summer flicks, karaoke, beach days, trips to farmers markets, concerts in the park, ALL of the World Cup games, visits with friends and family, and even started a weekly podcast with the Amazin' Mr. Lane the STEM Guy!

I am so excited to be heading into the 2018-2019 school year together. I have thoroughly enjoyed soaking up my summer break. I was able to get in a long visit with my family in California in June. We made a trip to Disney, soaked up the sun at the beach and hung out with my ridiculously cute niece, Finley. My husband and I took a trip to Sedona and loved filling our days with hiking and exploring the beauty of the area. This summer we also made a huge decision to add a new furry member to our family. We adopted a very adorbale and precocious puppy named Blue. He has made the rest of our summer incredibly entertaining!

This year we welcome a brand new principal to our campus. Mr. Galietti is going to be an awesome addition to SV! We are looking forward to an amazing year with him!
