About Me

About Ms. Valdez

I am originally from California but can't imagine living anywhere other than Massachusetts. My background is in Environmental Engineering and Environmental Science. I have had the opportunity to work with Boston Harbor Island National and State Park, San Francisco City and County Public Works Department, and Nitsch Engineering.

I make sure I bring a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience to my classroom. It is important to me that the students understand that what they learn in the classroom is a skill required for future occupations.

Ms. Valdez lives in Boston and likes to kayak, bake, and travel in her free time. She loves dogs, coffee, and any bakery item with chocolate.

As an educator, I love to continue to learn. Below are some of my past experiences that I bring into the classroom.
